These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from FursuitFabric. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases under the laws applicable to you.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

However, fabric is a physical textile product and may naturally have minor variations between production batches.

These may include slight differences in:

• Color or shade
• Texture
• Pile direction or appearance
• Weight
• Thickness
• Width or dimensions
• Stretch and hand feel

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and display devices.

When precise color or texture matching is important, we strongly recommend ordering a physical sample or swatch before purchasing a larger quantity.

3. FABRIC MEASUREMENTS & CUTTING

Many FursuitFabric products are cut or prepared according to the quantity or size selected when ordering.

Minor measurement tolerances may occur during textile production and manual cutting.

When multiple units of the same fabric are ordered, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a continuous piece where the product and available stock allow.

However, continuous cuts cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated or confirmed.

Fabric prepared or cut specifically for an order may be considered a custom-prepared product and may not be eligible for return.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Prices displayed on our website do not necessarily include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information when making a purchase.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered our fulfillment process.

If an obvious pricing, product information, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or adjust the affected order before fulfillment.

5. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product availability issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Incomplete or invalid customer information
• Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because fabric may be cut or prepared specifically for an order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation, cutting, packing, or fulfillment has begun.

Approved cancellations may also be subject to non-refundable payment processing costs where applicable.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipments may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, local delivery conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

FursuitFabric is not responsible for additional costs resulting from a customer's refusal or failure to complete required customs procedures.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect items, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Certain products, including cut-to-order fabric, custom-prepared products, custom colors, samples, swatches, clearance products, and altered fabric, may not be eligible for return.

Customers should inspect fabric before cutting, shaving, washing, sewing, or otherwise modifying it.

10. SAMPLES & COLOR MATCHING

Samples and swatches are provided to help customers evaluate color, texture, pile, softness, and other physical characteristics before placing larger orders.

Because production batches may vary slightly, a sample cannot guarantee that every future production batch will be completely identical.

For large projects requiring consistent material, customers are encouraged to order the required quantity together whenever possible.

11. WHOLESALE, BULK & CUSTOM ORDERS

Wholesale, bulk, custom-color, custom-production, and other special orders may be subject to additional terms, minimum quantities, production schedules, quotations, or payment requirements.

Where separate terms are agreed for a wholesale or custom order, those agreed terms will apply to that transaction in addition to these Terms of Service.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, shipping, analytics, website operation, or other services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control.
